Pros
A good team with supportive, approachable managers and lots of training. Fruit is delivered every Monday and yoga is arranged during the lunch break. Every month the CEO takes people out to lunch to discuss things that are important to them and they also arrange social events like summer BBQ's. They are flexible about working hours, recognise effort and hard work and everyone is given a day each year to volunteer to support charitable causes.
Cons
Can’t think of anything negative to say but maybe would like more opportunity to work in other departments.

Pros
People focussed business and great people to work with. Good benefits package for a business of its size including; Pizza Wednesdays, Fresh fruit, extra day off for your birthday, reduced gym membership etc. They really support you with your professional development.
Cons
The business works in a number of different sectors such as retail, leisure and eduction and it would be great to get ensure that we all get the chance to develop our experience in the various sectors. We are seeing improvements with people moving between teams to develop their experience and this need to continue.
