Good team members, Nice store, get on well with fellow members have gone out for drinks with a few of them,

Cons

Poor management, lack of pay for heavy workload, should look like they actually value the hard work you do. Take far far too long to get anything done, ask for equipment to do our job or ask for replacement on old equipment that finally becomes inefficient, don't want to find solutions to make our job easier, Making us use broken tables and a dysfunctional pallet jack a serious safety hazard. A miracle I haven't had a real large injury. It took someone actually getting injured before they have to make changes that are still bad.
