Pros

Little to no micromanagement. Ability to work with newer technologies. Friendly people.

Cons

Ineffective leadership. "Barely Manage to Lead" is the literal motto. Management is not involved in actual project work enough to know when things are going south. Botched sales and bad projects. You can be working on a good long-term project, or forced to slog through a bad one with no end in sight. Your concerns about the bad projects will be ignored or miscommunicated at the upper levels, and much of the burden will fall on you. Going above and beyond your duties will get you a pat on the back and not much more. Your team is disposable if sales dry up. Even if there's a long line of employees hired after you. Pay is low for comparable positions in the area.

Pros

For a person who's a good fit to the culture, 352 is a warm, family-friendly working environment. Base pay for salaried employees is fair for the market.

Cons

During difficult economic times, they cut corners on perks and made unreasonable requests of employees that weren't adequately compensated when things got back on track. There are factions within the company (old guard, new upstarts) that put people on edge. There's not a lot of room at the top for young, ambitious team members to ascent into.

Non-Inclusive Work Culture

Pros

Some roles have a budget for training/conferences/professional development

Cons

Beside the original people who joined around the fraternity house that this company started in, employee retention is poor. This is especially true for minorities in the Florida offices. You need to get in with the clique at the top (and agree with a work culture that suppresses individuality) or leave. It's a great example of nepotism and homogeneous "groupthink" at work.
