Its a great place to work in, but they pay is lower than averag for an OP setting not great benefits most likely you work all day not promised yearly raises

The manager ghosted me upon saying she would hire me. Very unprofessional and she didn't seem apologetic. Offered $22 an hour after coming from a company that paid me $26. You start off doing all the manual, running from room to room and are responsible for the daily notes. After some time, you will work your way to the floor where you supervise the exercises which is much easier than the manual and notes.
