Technology is ancient - main product is written in VB Work/life balance is out of leader consideration CIO is bully and has very little people skills resulting in very low moral CIO not promoting learning culture preventing adopting of new technologies and professional grows IT working environment is demoralizing due to leadership ignorance of personal needs of team members Cheep philosophy of counting pennies on spending for tools and equipment often reaching ridiculous level
