Leadership is disorganized, no real opportunity for growth

Communicating with teams across the world can mean meetings are at odd times. Limited office space currently.

- The tech stack still has room for improvement as a lot of the technologies are not the most cutting edge.

Projects with legacy code and old technology. Hard to move outside of it

It's always stressful and things have to be done right now. There is no strategy and the management team just comes up with new ideas every day interrupting what was agreed on. Unfortunately, it is an environment where the management team always knows better than the employees and you have to fight so hard to be allowed to work on your ideas. Some people in the management team are extreme micro managers which makes it difficult to feel empowered or listened to. When the company isn't doing well, employees are always being blamed for not working hard enough when in reality there is just no strategy in place to work on the biggest problems.

- Low salary - Frequent layoffs, it would make me hesitant to join today due to job insecurity, especially if relocating - Had to relocate - no remote option - I would sometimes get work messages on Slack from management at gone midnight - The social life at work can be fun, but it also isn't for everyone

Not really any. Unless you like bureaucracy and matrix companies.

the c-level gets hung up on the wrong things and doesnt focus on whats really missing: a strong brand identity.
