      - Hybrid - Very small team so you end up doing and learning everything

      Cons

      - Liars - Don't sign contracts with them without making others review it - No support - Upper management is very unprofessional but see themselves as leaders - The CEO tries to overmanage without any education or skills.

      Pros

      Employee turnover is high here, so you'll get to see new faces all the time. You'll also get to know everything about dishonesty, harassment and backstabbing by incompetent management with a regressive Peter Pan mentality.

      Cons

      Management has no backbone or integrity. They sabotage their employees to cover their incompetent and lazy backs, and then lie to the Founder blatantly.
