1. Organization violate their own rules and regulation. Very rude finance and HR team. 2. Toxic work environment. Too much politics. 3. Manager and HR don't care about employee. Things got worst when u put resign and they immediately forgot all the things what you have done for organization. ​They will talk in bad words over phone. 4. Long Notice period i.e. 90 days 5. Your manager is God. if he is not agree with your point, even if you are doing something under rules and regulations. No one is there to point the manager. 6. Appraisals are very very less. 7. Nobody listen once you put your resign only they are worried about how to retain you. 8. Your hard work goes to waste if you have any dispute with your manager. 9. You need to extend your work hours for so many days every month

No Long term projects. No Job Security - Once project is over they will ask you to leave in 30 days. Delivery Manager Tuhin Sinha is worst manager I have meet till now. No response on time from BHR Nidhi Ayari. They will ask for WFH initially and then after start doing politics in couple of days to come office. No Shift allowances or reimbursement. No New Learning and Development

- Work life balance and culture varies from team to team. - Too much politics.

- They have few reputed clienst for whom they have been serving for a couple of years, hence even a tiny mistake or sometimes even if it is not a mistake things are taken very seriously. - Some managers are working in the company for a long time and it looks like they do not know how to behave professionally with employess they handle. Lack of professional ethics and professionalism. - feedback from the employees are taken but end of the day no impact on the action by the HR even after multiple incidents, as the managers works fr the company for more than a decade. - Internal politics are always there in any small company and here it is a bit different. Even though people know you are doing the right thing, they still want to throw you out because you know their other face. Not a good place for a person who wants to grow professionally and personally. you will eventually start behaving like them if you stay longer and i have seen people turning worse and it looks very bad that the manager shouts at everyone in front of other team members and pin points stuffs. Humiliating a person is very bad and i have seen that happening with other team members
