Pros
I have been working here for almost 7 months now and I can say the time flies. Everyone here are very good be it the work they do or how they communicate. The managers and stakeholders are easily reachable and help you out anywhere required. In all I'll say it is a really great place to work.

Out of many pros highlights will be - 1. Great work culture 2. Leaders are highly approachable and motivating 3. Exposure to various business lines due to diverse nature of business 4. Flexible and hybrid work

No significant cons as such as far as India is concerned. Only thing is for HR policies regarding insurance and all, things are forming newly and is changing dynamically, it would take a bit of time to give the clarity to all employees for the process of claims etc.

Pros
Great team and people all around. Work life balance is one simply amazing. Remote work allowed and work from setup provided. Tech stack is also good and right now many teams are put on upgrading some legacy systems (so that could be intriguing sometimes)
Cons
Benefits are quite less. Compensation for a role are not defined anywhere it's like one can negotiate at the time of joining. Let's assume a case when your fellow friend asks you for a position so you have no idea for that position what company generally pays atleast I dont know nothing about that.
