Supportive Leadership and Positive Culture

Pros

The founders truly believe in the company and in all of the employees, fostering a company culture that surpasses any other I've experienced. During my time here, I've approached almost all of the executives with questions, concerns, or suggestions for improvement, and I have always been met with open doors. I feel appreciated and know that my contributions matter to the success of the company.

Cons

Like many startups, it can be very busy, with many people, including the founders, wearing multiple hats. However, the executive team recognizes that this isn't sustainable and is actively taking steps to ensure that people can focus more on the areas where they are most needed.

Pros

Communication and collaboration valued Amazing office that makes going to work enjoyable Trust and transparency from leadership A supportive and inclusive environment where every employee feels values and respected, Steve Helmbrecht, CEO and all of the leadership team have an open door policy and make us all feel celebrated because of our hard work. Opportunity for growth, career advancement and learning. Work-life balance, flexibility, remote work options and policies that support personal well-being. Love it here, I'm totally in on my purpose and part in the vision.

Cons

I wish I would of applied sooner.

Good intentions with poor execution

Pros

Founders are experienced treasury practitioners with 20+ years of experience. Competent support and development staff.

Cons

None of the founders and C-level leaders have ever run a business and it shows. CEO is a former CFO who continues to operate like a CFO and CPO spends more time on LinkedIn than in product development. They celebrate the number of LinkedIn followers while product development remains mired in the mud, lagging behind the platforms they claim to compete with. The company is extremely marketing averse outside of LinkedIn, relying on word-of-mouth. Only a dozen active customers.
