I have worked with Trimble for one year. And I see no con of working here. Only one thing that I didn't like is that company has recently announced the deductions in the salary and no hikes also due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The higher management should know this would only hamper the employees morale. This step has led me to give a less rating otherwise I would have given a higher rating.

- Unethical and unprofessional environment - IT technologies is just mindset for senior management. - No basic amenities - No HR presence to raise your concern. - Fully biased environment. People are not praised because of their work, they are praised how close you maintain yourself with some higher management people.
