      A rough place to work

      Offices were nice. Work from home

      Toxic culture and a lot of blame. If you make a mistake get ready for a ton of scrutiny and people throwing each other under the bus to save themselves. Lack of empathy among staff who are under the pressure. It's a review site at the end of the day. Yet higher-ups believe they are literally changing the world and it's on us. Teams don't really understand what other teams do and so different expectations and outcome. Management quality is dependent on who you get.

      In my experience, this wasn’t an inclusive environment, particularly for people from minority backgrounds. There was very little representation at leadership level, and progression didn’t feel equally accessible. Opportunities for advancement often appeared to favour a narrow profile, which made it difficult to feel valued or see a clear path forward if you didn’t fit that mould. While the role itself had positives, I believe the company has significant work to do in creating a more inclusive culture and ensuring fair, transparent progression for everyone. For anyone considering joining, I’d recommend asking direct questions about diversity, inclusion, and how promotion decisions are made.
