Pros

There's free hot chocolate and the fellow coworkers are genuinely nice and awesome.

Cons

Zero opportunity for growth, new tech, or expanding skill sets. Departments are tribes instead of teams complementing each other. Work isn't challenging, multiple tedious roles are combined to one, and our German parent company loves to micro manage. Upper management is oblivious tech wise yet makes all the tech decisions and sets the deadlines.
