I have been working at US Postal Service part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

The Pay, Depending on the size of your office you may be able to advance sooner than most, semi-Stability

    Cons

You can go from working 5 days to working strictly 1 day a week, pretty hard to advance(these old folks ain't going no where)

    Advice to Management

If you Handicap your new hires by never letting them carry their new route in entirety, you'll never keep subs.
