Pros

Awesome Learning Platform for freshers and working professionals who have just started their careers. I see people motivated to work because of the mission to democratize education and see Udacity as a major brand

Cons

Management lays off employees too often. No hierarchy in any of the functions, Hence, there is not much of a growth path planned for employees unless they make one on whims and fancies before appraisals as a retention plan to manage attrition (Don't like, you are free to leave) Management do not have any measuring criteria to evaluate performances and growth is highly based on impression than facts. Talking about what you are doing is found more relevant than actual outcomes of your work.

Pros

>The work you'd do with customers is very enriching and helps you stay motivated through your job. > The product and Course Model are uniquely differentiated in the EdTech arena. > I had a good manager who was extremely supportive

Cons

> The management is virtually non existent and leaders take forever to make decisions. Its slower than your local government. > Some Senior leaders in the company know too little about the employees and teke decisions blindfolded. > The values go through constant revisions. They confuse us with cultural values that leadership does not stand by.
