Thank you for your wonderful feedback and 5 years of service to our clients. Yes, I agree, sometimes we can be a bit delayed in our responses, but, we're working hard to resolve these issues.

Pros

Air conditioned work environment. Some friendly employees. Nice cushioned chairs. Office parties for random reasons. I have nothing else to write but it says I need 20 words.

Cons

Low pay, lots of people quitting, no structure, yelling, no idea what they want, no clear direction for employees or the company, some people have tons of work others none, internet is horrible

Thank you for your comments. Running a business isn't the easiest challenge in today's world. I will address some of the items mentioned. 1. Yes, we are aware the Internet isn't the best. We have a new service being installed any day now. Unfortunately, due to our somewhat rural location, we were promised by Comcast and Centurylink to have fast service, however, when it came to installation date, they didn't deliver. We have a new service from an outfit in Hardee County that we are excited about. 2. Regarding the plan, we most definitely have a plan. The way the world works today is that our cheese is being moved constantly. Sometimes plans need to change due to the fact of pure lack of proper resources. 3. Clear direction is one area that I am well aware of that needed to be improved. With the addition of four great women running consulting, administration, operations, and finance...direction is becoming more and more clear. One thing I do have to disagree with this reviewer is that in August, I don't believe our AC is the best. The other 11 months, works perfectly, in the heat of August, has a hard time keeping up. Pros

Working from home is awesome.

Cons

So, so many. For one I didn't get paid for my last two weeks of work at Ulistic, which is downright unethical. However since I was getting paid through Paypal and never signed a contract, Stuart and company held all the cards. If you want a boss that drops f-bombs and yells at his staff whenever they don't meet the crazy deadlines that he's too stupid to realize just physically can't be met, then this is the perfect company for you. The communication is absolutely abysmal. It's mayhem working for the company. I could write more but to be completely honest it's stressing me out even thinking about it.

There are always two sides to every story. True, during this phase of this team member's 1099 participation with Ulistic timelines where tight and company growth was very fast paced. We have taken on many new programs and initiatives and everyone was trying extremely hard to keep up. This particular example was very unique. In this example, this team member was permitted to travel from coast to coast by car while being able to work on his or her tasks. The stress of driving many hours during the day and/or being in a remote location was adding the stress of the day-to-day work. Perhaps this fuel the thoughts of not being able to meet deadlines. Ulistic is not innocent in the challenges we have face during this time which ran from approximately Jan 2016 to August 2016. We have taken huge steps to improve how we operate such as starting to move positions into our main office in Sebring, FL to assist in improving communications and workloads. When staff work remotely, we have found that the additional stresses of the job, combined with the challenges of being virtual...are sometimes not a winning formula. It is unfortunate this situation happened and we regret our role in it.
