In my short tenure at UA I have been pleasantly surprised by the way the business is run. The Leadership is hands on but do not believe in micro management. The team is highly professional and really know what they are doing. Consultants are encouraged to take ownership of their vertical and sector and are expected to be out of the office meeting candidates and clients alike.

Great team culture, all the team members work collaboratively rather than some sales environments where people want others not to succeed, competition between the team is friendly and healthy, for new starters the level of training is in-depth and the support from more senior members is great for newer staff to progress and learn the industry, commission structure is fair and the CEOs are always on hand to answer questions that you might have and lend their years of experience to you, structured 1:1 sessions in order to see what you need to improve on and how to formulate a plan to get better at what you do, great location in central london and the senior members are always encouraging you to get out and meet clients in and around London

The flexibility and encouragement I received allowed me to focus on my family's needs without feeling overwhelmed by work-related pressures. Their kindness and compassion have made a world of difference during this difficult period, and I am immensely grateful for the understanding shown by both of them and the entire UA team. Knowing that the founders genuinely care about the well-being of their employees is a rare and precious quality that sets UA apart. As a result, I feel motivated and inspired to give my best effort in my role and contribute to the company's success. The sense of belonging and camaraderie within the UA community is truly remarkable and makes it a joy to be a part of this organization.
