I had unpleasant experience working with UEI. the major issues was the behavior of my team lead(A*). Instead of providing constructive guidance and support, he used to shout while explaining things if you. This created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment, making it difficult for me to focus on my tasks and collaborate effectively. It is the responsibility of the manager to ensure a harmonious and efficient team dynamic, but in my case, the manager appeared to be unsupportive and unresponsive to the issues within the team. This lack of intervention left team members feeling unsupported and undervalued. Work life balance is very bad.

You are recognized until you complete 3 years of your service here.. after that it all depends on the project manager.. if you are in good shoes with your PM then you will grow or else no growth..The growth here means career and financial..Some PM's are highly insecure.. The leave policy is not so good,no corona related leaves were given.. they say the policy cannot be changed.. They give bonus which is of total waste The technology is a bit outdated.. Please rethink and join..
