I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company has a strong, supportive culture, and management is kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. One thing I really appreciate is the effort leadership makes to understand employees’ strengths and adapt roles or responsibilities to better align with individual skills. The company is also fully remote, which provides a lot of flexibility in day-to-day scheduling and supports a healthier work-life balance. Overall, it’s an environment where people can grow, contribute meaningfully, and feel valued.
Cons
As with many startups, the pace can be very fast, and priorities may shift quickly as the company grows and adapts. This can sometimes require flexibility, long hours, and the ability to stay comfortable with change. It may not be the best fit for someone looking for a highly structured or slower-paced environment.
