Pros

Most of the operational staff are great.

Cons

Awful company to work for. They pride themselves on staff training but need to work on retention. Company is run by an immature man baby who throws his toys from his pram if he doesn't get his own way. Culture of bullying from director level with a HR dept which isn't fit for purpose and are far from being impartial. Just look at the staff turnover in 2018 alone. Close to 50%!! Unless you are really desperate I suggest you avoid like the plague.

Pros

- Prepare to join a company thats good to gain experience - Deceiving business partners - Patronising customers - Working through burnout - Spending your free ten seconds each night counting pennies - Lording your position over the interns - Crash-course in decoding management’s blah blah, blah blah blah blah - Knowing that this is the best job opportunity you’ll ever have, ever, Ever, EVER!

Cons

- It’s like making raclette: sweet at first, got sour real quick! - No sense of propriety at the top - Hypocrisy ahoy! Prepare for threats and blackmail with a smile. - Someone seems to have hacked a ex-colleague’s e-mail account and is sending boring e-mails out to clients! - If I were a monkey, I’ll slap that silly organ grinder, seriously, not even peanuts at this point - Where’s the shop steward? Wait, this isn’t a union, got a problem? Suck it up. - If you’re ill, it better be life threatening, it’s a holiday otherwise. And if it’s family, well, it’s not you, so you’re working. - How long’s this meeting? Half an hour. Three hours later…

Pros

Routine easy work, training provided.

Cons

Long hours, working on Saturdays, arrogant management, extremely poor wage increases, extremely high employees turnaround - many leave within a year or two, and plenty of inexperienced graduates come.
