      Variety in projects and clients Many interesting assignments Flexibility to organize your work as you want Cooperation with colleagues from same and other disciplines Budget for education and/or conferences

      Cons

      Excellent career opportunities but only if you are prepared to take the initiative Some things are taken too seriously, sometimes quick and dirty is better

      Huge disconnect between ambitions and reality

      - Smart and kind colleagues - Flexibility to plan your work hours and location - Budget for conferences/courses

      Cons

      - Poor sales work leading to uninspiring projects and people being without assignments for a long time. - Divide between management/support and the experts that have to do billable work. - No room for initiative from employees. - Little room for personal growth: you have to be lucky enough to land one of the few interesting projects
