Pros
I started working for VIA in May 2025. I've worked for multiple Hospice Agencies in 25 years, and I'm happy I am finishing my career here. Not only do I feel respected for what I do, but like I have a 2nd family. Work expectations are fair and management is right there helping when there is a potential crisis. I work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends, no call, unless you want to volunteer for extra time. It's a great place to by a part of when comparing to the others I've been employed by. And it's the first company I've ever worked for that said I was hired due to growth, not because someone left. So check us out!
