Offers flexibility, autonomy, and is low pressure, The managers and coworkers are kind and supportive.
Cons
Doesn't offer the greatest pay or benefits and the clinical documentation program is cumbersome. However, the pros outweigh the cons if your goal is to enjoy meaningful and purposeful work.
