      Great team of high performers

      Cons

      Don’t left recent 5 star reviews fool you. They got rid of a lot of high performers. They are losing a lot of clients because they didn’t invest in the product. Future looks really bad for the company. Tejas is a micromanager that bit off more than he could chew. There are reviews on her from position titles we didn’t ever have. Tejas doesn’t know his company enough to write a review about it.

      Meeting and working with former employees. I would hire and work with any of the previous staff that has been push out, let go, or have left on there own accord. Being let go, is the BIG PRO! I felt an obligation to a startup company to which I was part of for its first two years of growth. After being let go, I accepted a position with an amazing company, 100% remote, 2x more equity, and 50% more in compensation, 100% paid benefits, unlimited vacation, a paid wellness day each month, $100 a month to use for anything you want, a monthly GrubHub amount to purchase lunch or dinner, as well as 401k with contribution.

      Cons

      Word to the wise: Review, research, read, and reach out to employees who have previously worked at Via. Look at where they are now and message them to ask about the culture and why they have moved far away from Via. When a companies management team puts multiple reviews on Glassdoor, speaking extremely poorly about previous exceptional employees whom they took the time to interview, hire, and mentor, this should be a larger RED flag to those seeking employment with Via. Review any and all lawsuits that have been and continue to be filled against the company by both customers and employees.
