I don't see any pros, toxic working environment, HR (?) Will never respond to emails, worst CEO.

Cons

There are many to share, 1. CEO - Doesn't have a clear vision, Often changes his mind, No leadership quality, Negative comments about other companies, No respect to employees, worst C- level guy I have ever come across. The culture and value is not at all good. There is no benefits other than laptop.

extremely hostile environment. a very anxious organization. Needs to learn how to manage people, and not treat them like machines, blaming failures on staff
