Cons

> Fake promise by HR and MD (They asked me to join under 12 LPA as my present CTC was 15 LPA and They promised me that they will increase salary after 6 month to 15 LPA and will give a 3 LAC bonus but after 10 months they were just making an excuse so i didn't had any choice except leave the job) > Zero Learning > No IT Culture > Outdated technology approach > Functional programming for High maintenance product > Team Leader have zero knowledge about Code quality standards > No documentation before starting work. When TL will check our task then he will say that i haven’t said this thing why you have done this.

Pros

- No micromanagement by the bosses - Peaceful work atmosphere - Culture of mutual respect among colleagues - Well announced POSH policy (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) - Fundamentals of the company are strong. You don't need to worry about job losses during economic slowdowns. - Many people have been working for 6+ years here, thanks to negligible politics and excellent management by the Founder. - Flexible daily timings. You can compensate for your hours by working till later if you come late. - Ample parking space - You will learn about investing and wealth creation

Cons

- At far end of Noida (Sector 65), commuting and can be a hassle (deducted a point from work-life balance for this) - Industrial area location..not very motivating - Gender ratio skewed towards males (maybe because of nature of industry) - You can be stuck in a not so satisfactory pay package if you don't negotiate well - Open office architecture - not everyone may like it - No cafeteria in office and no good cafe or restaurant at a walking distance
