Dear Employee
We are concerned that you are disgruntled with how things are or appear to be at ValueLabs. We understand you have 5 major complaints - job security, HR availability, Food Quality, On site opportunities, and pay packages. Allow us an opportunity to clarify and make things better for you on each of these issues:
1. Job Security and Layoffs: Despite the feeling that many employees have, the CEO and other top management have built the confidence that no such layoffs are planned in the coming future. Moreover, the HR team has put together a process for PIP to reduce any ambiguity/irrationality in decisions, if there was any in the past.
2. HR availability: Things have changed from August when you had made this posting. We now have 1:150 HRBP to employees ratio, which is the best possible ratio in the industry. The HR folks are on their toes at all times, truly partnering with the businesses on all aspects from employee engagement to recruitment to career development.
3. Food vendor: We took the feedback that you and other employees had onthe food vendor, and have changed the vendor, making sure that the quality of food only becomes better than ever, while keeping the food still free for all employees.
4. On-site opportunities: It is not true that employees do not have on-site opportunities. In fact, as per records, over 25% of the existing employees got short/long term opportunities on site in the last 1 year. However, you would appreciate that 'all employees' cannot be given this opportunity. In fact, with the advent of technology and changing business atmosphere, it is a sign of success that not many people needed to be on-site but could still provide excellent client service.
5. Packages - We have done the benchmarking, and while it is only human to want more, we are in line with the market pay, even better than the market pay for some positions.
I hope the above gives you more confidence that at ValueLabs, we care. The truth may not always be what it appears like. If you have any more issues, please do try reaching out the HRBP network. You will not be disappointed. :)
