Pros

Free Food Free Cab to particular places

Cons

If u want to get fired come and join.Even they don't have proper reason for layoffs. Played With Employee Career. Job security is very less.If u r not billable,u will get fired at any time without giving any chance. No vision, keeps on hiring new people. Most of the HRs are feel like they are bosses. and you will not find them at their desk went you required them. No Technology growth, less packages. Although providing free food, vendor doesn't provide quality food. Less / no onsite opportunities. Worst HR Dept. They treated employees with out any respect during the layoff process.

ValueLabs Response

Dear Employee We are concerned that you are disgruntled with how things are or appear to be at ValueLabs. We understand you have 5 major complaints - job security, HR availability, Food Quality, On site opportunities, and pay packages. Allow us an opportunity to clarify and make things better for you on each of these issues: 1. Job Security and Layoffs: Despite the feeling that many employees have, the CEO and other top management have built the confidence that no such layoffs are planned in the coming future. Moreover, the HR team has put together a process for PIP to reduce any ambiguity/irrationality in decisions, if there was any in the past. 2. HR availability: Things have changed from August when you had made this posting. We now have 1:150 HRBP to employees ratio, which is the best possible ratio in the industry. The HR folks are on their toes at all times, truly partnering with the businesses on all aspects from employee engagement to recruitment to career development. 3. Food vendor: We took the feedback that you and other employees had onthe food vendor, and have changed the vendor, making sure that the quality of food only becomes better than ever, while keeping the food still free for all employees. 4. On-site opportunities: It is not true that employees do not have on-site opportunities. In fact, as per records, over 25% of the existing employees got short/long term opportunities on site in the last 1 year. However, you would appreciate that 'all employees' cannot be given this opportunity. In fact, with the advent of technology and changing business atmosphere, it is a sign of success that not many people needed to be on-site but could still provide excellent client service. 5. Packages - We have done the benchmarking, and while it is only human to want more, we are in line with the market pay, even better than the market pay for some positions. I hope the above gives you more confidence that at ValueLabs, we care. The truth may not always be what it appears like. If you have any more issues, please do try reaching out the HRBP network. You will not be disappointed. :)

Pros

Free Transportation, Free Meals and Snacks. Nothing else...

Cons

Valuelabs is doing Project or rather say Role based recruitment to fill a particular position or outsourced short term requirement. Its Not good to recruit someone to fill your short term needs and then let the employee hanging once that role gets over in 2/3 months. There's No visibility of projects and no future plan for Employees what they will do after completing 3/4 months short assignment. Its like playing with individual careers just to fill your short term need and then fire employee on the name of performance. Beware peoples and stay away from such companies who dares to play with your career without having projects and plan for individual to grow. They pay you more to attract you and speak all lie about future growth, Projects and Onsite. This is scenario in almost all the streams except Testing I guess. I curse each day myself since I join this company...actively looking out as they don't have any project now even no future plans.

Worst Leadership

Pros

Nothing nothing and nothing. Pathetic culture.

Cons

Worst leadership. Too many people are going out. many people left organisation in last 2 months. I am a java guy working here more than a year. FRUSTRATED. Many resignation happened in last 2 months from my project. Too my surprise in HR department within 1 month almost 15 resignations happen. Everybody is worrying on job here. NO JOB SECURITY. The guy who is heading the company(not the CEO) terminated many people since he took over the charge. I request the job seekers not to look at the VALUE LABS. You can't imagine the situations here. They treat employees like slaves(Situation of Blacks in USA). It has lost belief in people. If CEO asks my name i am ready to tell.
