Pros
Really good company to learn and use our knowledge. One can learn from the seniors to enhance skills. If you are really good skill wise then you stand good chances to grow. Also the company is growing quickly which gives you good chances for individual growth. Cool!!! Not to much pressure on normal days except implementation ( release ) date that is also bearable.
