I have so much to say but I will try to keep it short. Please avoid this employer at all cost. There is absolutely no room for growth in this company and if you chose to work here you will be in a stagnant position where you are over tasked with work. There is a clear lack of organization and as management says they are "building the plane as they fly it". There is also a clear case of nepotism and favoritism that is hard to overlook. Family and close friends get to telework while that is not an option for anyone else. I asked could I work at another office that is less than 5 minutes from my home and was laughed out of the office and told "to get in line". Management spends her day cussing and barking orders at you. Everything about her body language and speech is offensive. Things go on in this office that would never be tolerable anywhere else. I left this company because i was extremely stressed and uncomfortable working in such a hostile environment. Again avoid this company you can do much better.
