      Great starting pay. Management is helpful and great to work with. Everyone is really friendly.

      Pros

      The science behind this company is forward thinking and could be utilized for many applications.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. The CEO does not care who he has to run over to make a dollar. No HR department or FMLA. Employees are viewed as a means to an end. Not a safe environment for employees. Regulations are ignored or overlooked. Dishonest and poorly run company.

      Excellent technology, some great people, products have excellent market viability.

      Cons

      Manufacturing was difficult and unsafe. Often people are forced into positions they do no want. CEO likes to yell and have fits.
