Pros

Flat hierarchy and you are your own boss. You obviously answer to someone but, you have the freedom to make decisions (sometimes business decisions too.) and you own those decisions. It's a startup and you face a fast paced environment. They follow scrum processes and believe in move fast and break things. Respect for personal life. PTO's for personal times and no one's ever wanting more work than what's expected from you. Really flexible as far as you get the job done. They want you to grow with them.

Cons

Since it's a startup, the management is still trying to find the best workflows and processes. You may not like the place if you want a proven company to work. Again since it's a startup, hard work and self-motivation is needed. You may not like it here if you are not ready for it.

Pros

VisitDays offers a collaborative and safe work environment. Each individual is valued, empowered, and appreciated. The CEO truly cares about the team, welcomes excitement, creativity, and leads by example. I’m learning so much at VisitDays and feel creatively challenged everyday. I am constantly given opportunities to work with new tools, platforms, processes that allows me to grow as a professional. VisitDays offers an excellent work-life balance with great benefits. The company values their employees’ happiness and goes at great lengths to keep things fun and interesting for them. They acknowledge milestones in our professional and personal lives. TL;DR VisitDays is a fast-growing company, and absolutely a wonderful place to work. I’m a proud and happy member of the team.

Cons

I don't have any negative things to report.

Pros

Fellow employees challenge you and help you grow and give honest, respectful feedback, especially when you're feeling plateaued; everyone's willing to chip in and push toward the same objective. It's nice because employees actually give a damn about the work they're doing and making life better.

Cons

This is also a pro, but success has driven success, and can lead to growing pains
