      Pros

      Receive lots of feedback from upper management since their intentions are to grow the business. This gives plenty of opportunity for those looking for a career to set some solid grounds with Vista. The office environment is comfortable and working with the field techs makes this job not only enjoyable but also motivating to work as a team and reach our goals together.

      Cons

      Lots of learning happens here, no matter what position, office staff or field tech positions. This is actually great because as the company grows, your career goal to becoming senior staff is well within reach.

      Pros

      Great compensation and plenty of room to grow/ move up for Employees with initiative and a vibrant work ethic. This is a rewarding place to work, and see a positive impact on the environment. Very flexible and realist minded management.

      Cons

      The fleet of equipment could use some upgrading/replacing as previous employees did not take care of the equipment, and the current team is suffering the consequences. However the management team is addressing this issue currently.

      Pros

      Gaining knowledge and experience in the environmental field. Travel and experiences. Vista is a small business so you have to wear a lot of hats. Exercise while working. Overtime pay.

      Cons

      Long and dirty hours in the field. Travel if you don't like traveling.
