Pros

Nice employees, people are warm and willing to collaborate. The company is highly respected for the high standard of its service and this has a lot to do with the quality of the job and commitment of its employees. Many managers and middle level experts are highly respected in the localisation industry and it's great to work with them.

Cons

Some processes are a bit old fashioned and overall the ocmpany need to speed on the digitilization.

Pros

I had the chance to work on a variety of shows, TV programs, films, and documentaries, and I really enjoyed the work. It could be challenging at times, but it was also incredibly rewarding. Plus, I loved the team I was working with - everyone was so supportive and friendly. Overall, I look back on my time at VSI with a lot of fondness. I learned so much during those three years, and I feel like I grew a lot both personally and professionally. I'm definitely going to miss it, but I'm also excited to see what's next.

Cons

Translating subtitles requires a lot of attention to detail and language proficiency, and there were definitely times when I found myself struggling to get everything just right. However, I actually found that these challenges helped me grow as a translator and as a person. I became more patient, more detail-oriented, and better at managing my time effectively.
