Pros

+ Work from home / COVID support (at least initially). + Outstanding marketing and design team. + Reasonable relocation / mobility prospects. + Strong social media presence.

Cons

- I would strongly encourage any prospective employees or any potential or existing stakeholders to speak and listen to the existing clients feedback in confidence for an appraisal of the product, standard of service and user experience.

Pros

The usual sort of stuff. Bit of work from home, laptop, hoodie etc. Fintech exposure if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

Once a contender in their field, VoxSmart have been dumping their own credibility relentlessly for a few years now. Massive overselling, an inability to focus, too much free money from VCs has led to a C Suite with massively inflated egos and little to no grip on reality. Best you can hope for here is to get some exposure to fintech. Some quite cool AI tech (acquired), but most people are just fire- fighting day to day chaos, or being laid off in increasingly desperate acts of self-preservation by flailing management. Customer success wouldn’t know a customer if they saw one. In short - embarrassing.

Incompetent Leadership

Pros

- I enjoy the teams I work with and there is a good culture amongst us as well as a willingness to innovate. - Salary is ok but not above market rate and the benefits are poor - Flexibility around working from home

Cons

- Leadership team don't seem to know what they are doing. They lack the technical expertise and strategic mindset required to run this company and there is no strategy or direction. - The CEO is absent, disengaged and it shows. - We have just layed off a bunch of key people in the business who were helping us address a lot of the challenges we were having. - Our products are useless - Career progression is non-existent. The HR team were addressing this but this fell through the cracks like everything else.
