Pros
There’s some amazing people who work there and get treated like absolute trash. You’ll met some of your very best friends, most of the people there are super supportive. The people there are great but the work environment isn’t.
Cons
Management doesn’t care about their employees. They will run you down to the ground because they’re short staffed and even when you say no to pick up an extra shift they’ll make you feel guilty, and the comp day you get for it - you won’t even be able to take it because it’ll get denied. They make promises that don’t ever come to fruition, and will gaslight you time and time and again - and the pay is so little there for the amount of work you’re expected to do and when you don’t perform to their expectations they’re surprised.
