Pros

Few pros beyond the possibility to work with recognisable brands. The problem is that internal politics means that few staff can be free to speak their minds with clients and recommend what is in a client's best interests.

Cons

Risible working conditions/expectations and belittling attitude by senior management. Few opportunities to progress to more senior levels and very dim view of parents who have to work and maintain family commitments.

Pros

My colleagues were extremely friendly and highly talented. I worked on accounts involving several high-profile companies from a range of industries.

Cons

The CEO and Managing Director were two of the least compassionate people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work for. They had no people skills when it came to managing, neither knew how to motivate and their dismissive attitude drained people’s enthusiasm. Steer clear.
