The management is superficial, micromanaging, favoritism is visible and it is the base of promotion and raise. HR suck up to the management, they will cut your throat if they have to for the management. The management act all high and mighty, they think they are the most important people. The company barely break-even, they are cutting all edges to minimize op cost. Very stingy when it comes to education support approval.

Nothing i can think of

poor work life balance and bad scheduling

No opportunity for growth. Everything is micromanaged.

The company tends to take a conservative approach and is not always a leader in technology, innovation, or process improvement, which can make change feel slow at times.

Hired remote & now expected in office 2x a week despite Nationalization team approach. --Teams scattered across country but in office is pushed heavily & strict Employee satisfaction is no longer a priority Heavy AI focus Upper departments do not communicate and leave for lower levels to "fix or figure it out". Slow to promote the deserving No proper progression plans No team bonding, holiday parties or anything social now with Nationalization. Unrealistic expectations Little training, and expectation to figure it out yourself despite not having tools to obtain the information needed Company used to have a better work/life balance and now less staff, more expectations and limitations on time off and work flows.
