      A growing team of extremely knowledgeable, experienced and talented individuals who all genuinely care about providing exceptional service and contributing to our client's success. - Great culture with a fun, friendly and supportive team. - Passionate and enthusiastic leadership. - Understanding of work/life balance with hybrid flexible working. - Great city-centre office. - Plans for expansion and growth make for an exciting future.

      Cons

      - Lack of free, on-sight parking which isn't a huge issue due to the amount of city-centre car parks close by.

      Pros

      Despite having some pretty big client, it has a small agency feel to it where no one is beyond approach including the owner.

      Cons

      The team is fairly small which limits the opportunity for career progression.

      Pros

      If you want to develop your digital skills and work on a wide range of exciting accounts alongside great people, then We Influence is a great place to work. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills, great work ethic among the team combined with a real sense of being in it together. We have a lot of clients we need to deliver results for and no stone is left unturned to try and achieve the best results we can. I have been with the company for just over one year now and have already learnt so much. Thanks everyone!

      Cons

      Apart from sharing communal facilities with another business in the same building (which is small in the grand scheme of things), nothing to add here.
