Pros
a) Great culture - almost like college and not really corporate b) Two free international trips every year (not for all teams though) c) Good brand on your CV (maybe?)
Cons
a) Inexperienced Leadership, poor guidance or mentoring - the managers here are not people you would look up to or learn from (save for perhaps 1 or 2 of them, most others in the Leadership are very weak in their ability to manage or mentor) b) Heavy work burden with no respite - slog through the day, through the night and through the week - you still haven't done enough! c) Very poor systems and processes - too much time in manual efforts and grunt work - things which ideally should be automated for a company of this size and stature d) No idea of career or growth opportunities - no clear hierarchy in a number of teams - and very little done to motivate or reward people financially or otherwise The leaders are happy as long as you just keep doing the work they hired you for e) And FINALLY, refer back to the title of this review! This is a different entity from WeWork globally - and cannot say any more here as this would become insider information and for all that you know, the management or HR would get this review removed if I reveal further information :)
