a) Colleagues sympathize because they are going through the same experience in this company. b) The old VP has rejoined the company but in a more relegating role.

a) All employees are overworked every single day. People are not allowed to work for 9 hours and then shut down their systems. CEO expects everyone to work till late night, even midnight and reply to him whenever he pings even if that is in midnight. b) Employees are leaving but no one is joining. The existing employees are tortured every day by the CEO. Employees are openly abused, insulted and scolded for no good reason. Then they are threatened in open forums that if they don't overwork the company will do bad business and their salaries will be confiscated. c) Even interns and new people work for 13-14 hours every day here. The CEO keeps on putting work on people who are already overworked to the core. Client works are neglected for irrational and unproductive in-house work that has never brought any result except waste of time and effort. d) Employees are expected to work on weekends as well. Even when they work on weekends, that too till midnight, they hear insults and more demands. Every one is leaving this hellhole and more in the line. This company is costing us our health, both mentally and physically. Stressed to the core.

HR policy absent. CEO is delusional with zero leadership quality. No work life balance. management talk about healthy lifestyle during the morning calls but no such practice in real life. employees are forced to attend morning calls to listen to gyan from different gurus when they should work. if someone dont join due to work, they need to show proper reason. The so called PMs are worse than freshers. For even one day leave, you need to submit a medical certificate. women are asked to submit a medical certificate if take leave during menstrual cycle else PLs are deducted. no on-time salary. when ask the HR, they always come back with a template reply "it's in process". the same true for the appraisal process. overall is run by a focus less dictator.

Pros

Great learning opportunities and skills, everyone is helpful and friendly. Excellent Place to Work. If you have the right skills and ability to manage work pressure, you will get appraisals and promotions to your expectations. Sid, Our CEO, knows how to give an accurate assessment of hard work. Project managers are always supportive and give freedom for creative work. They are very efficient in managing several projects with tight deadlines.

Where does it end? 1. If you are lucky you'll get you pay on time. Mostly you are unlucky 2. Higher management is a joke 3. Rampant kick-ass-ery and politics 4. Work-life balance - what's that? 5. If there's a problem you want heard, trust them to become ostriches INSTANTLY
