There are no real pros. Unfortunately, the current job market doesn't give anyone much choice but to stay employed with them. However, if you have a choice between two jobs, take the one that isn't with Welldyne.
Cons
No bonuses, unless you want to count candy bars. That's the only thing you get for doing a good job 10% of the time. Then 60% of the time, you're lucky if certain managers even state you did a good job. Instead, they prefer to pick apart your actions and point out every little thing that they think you did wrong. The last 30% of the time, they'll fail to even acknowledge your good work. The insurance not only has a high premium, but the copays are immense and
