Pros

Great place to start and grow your career. The products are innovative, and I gained valuable hands-on experience during my time here. As my first company, it provided a strong foundation and a very positive learning environment. The work-life balance is excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn and grow.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there is always room to further improve processes and communication

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your positive comments around our product line and compensation & benefits. At the same time, we acknowledge your concerns around flexibility and management. On flexibility, we follow an office-first approach to enable stronger collaboration and alignment, while also offering work-from-home days each month to support balance. On management, this is an area we take seriously. We continuously invest in building manager capability and reinforcing expectations around effective leadership, communication, and team support. If you’ve experienced specific challenges, we encourage you to share more details through your HRBP or internal channels so they can be addressed meaningfully. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your positive comments around leadership and compensation, these are important aspects we continuously strive to strengthen. At the same time, we acknowledge your concerns around promotion timelines and instances of micromanagement. On promotions, we follow a meritocratic approach supported by a structured review cycle aligned to performance and business outcomes. This is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in growth decisions, though we understand experiences may vary. On micromanagement, we encourage our managers to foster ownership, trust, and autonomy, while providing the right level of guidance and support. If there are specific gaps you've experienced, we encourage you to raise them via 1:1s or connect with your HRBP so they can be addressed meaningfully. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
