1. Have a greater portfolio > Strong client base to empower your work in portfolio 2. Learning to handle urgent situation > Urgent situation happens nearly everyday which provides a good learning to be flexible.
Cons
1. Worse internal communication between project team and production team 2. Unsupportive colleagues > For self-sake and competitiveness, most of colleagues love to be a informer. > Emotional management 3. Unfriendly culture > Chur > Boss will “take care” of you when you have SL > Expect you to work overtime and have business chat during holiday / your leaves 4. No benefit > Well “law-abiding” employer > 5day work is a joke

- Gain stronger client base to enhance CV is a good consideration to work here - Learn to handle urgent situation under pressure
Cons
- Serious office politics and weak teamwork (You have to survive) - Working on weekend even after-work is expected (even everyone you worked with like to work overnight] - The benefits are not proportional to the effort [e.g 7 days AL per year then you are expected to work like a dog, and no medical coverage]
