Pros

Flexible hours . not a single thing more than this

Cons

Management know very well how to sugarcoat the things. You see their real faces while leaving the company. You are promised lot of things but what you get is zero. A big zero. After working so many years, I am very much disappointed with the company management and I will not recommend anyone to join this company.

We are transparent and clear about our policies, goals, and ideas. We don’t make fake promises. At times individual employee expectations take a backseat in lieu of company good - and when we say ‘company’, we don’t mean the management alone, but all of us collectively. This is part of being a team. You’ve worked with us for more than three years. We’re sure you had a good reason to do so. We value your commitment and wish you the best for your future endeavors.

This review was posted a while ago and it’s difficult for us to understand what exactly went wrong with your experience at WisdmLabs. More details would’ve helped. We disagree with what you’ve mentioned and here’s why - 1. At WisdmLabs, we are open and transparent about everything. We keep everyone in the loop about the decisions we take. We encourage employees to come forward with their problems, discuss their suggestions and any disagreements they might have with their superiors. We set goals for the year and work hard to achieve them to keep moving the team forward. We think we’re on the right track. But it would be unrealistic to expect us to meet individual expectations. We understand that people might think of it as mismanagement on our part but it’s an opinion and not the reality. 2. We have a clear team structure with management roles well defined to help groom and nurture new employees. It’s taken us some evolution to get where we are today but that’s the journey most companies take. We’ll keep changing and keep getting better, and those who’ve understood the value of being part of such a company will avail the benefits. 3. Our objective has never been to pitch employees against each other. We assign goals based on a person’s potential and set realistic targets for each team. Considering competition “unhealthy” is a perspective and you need to introspect on the real reasons for the opinion. 4. We have lateral hires joining us in almost every division of the company and some of them have even spent over 2 - 3 years now. Besides we are attracting industry veterans with over 20 years of experience and they are leading their teams from the front. When the only good thing about the company you mention is “snacks” we understand that you always had the lens of “negativity” and “disapproval” put on. We only hope that with time and experience you make yourself able to drop it and look at things as they are. We wish you the best for your career!

Pros

1.Good learning place for freshers

Cons

1.Management people have two faces, they show you one face and they act with other one 2.Policies seems to be nice when you read overview but all are covered with foolish terms and conditions 3.Very bad salary structure, people get all different salaries on all of the twelve months 4.Management people think like they have owned employees and can tell you anything, sometimes abuse you if they don't like the work done

We’ve made a note of your views. Here are our thoughts:- 1- We are transparent about our goals and policies. We often have meetings with every team and discuss and set targets collectively. We hold company-wide meetings where successes and failures are openly discussed. It’s a practice we’ve followed ever since we existed and it’s part of our culture. We expect the same transparency and fairness from our employees. At times, when employees blatantly violate rules, we have to take a stand. This could mean trying our best to make sure our business is not affected. Because we have a responsibility towards every employee in the company and can’t be expected to meet individual needs. If that accounts to being two-faced, one can’t ignore the primary cause that led to the action. 2- Company policies help us create a predictable and meaningful work environment. We understand that at times these can seem pressing, especially if they go against individual expectations. But policies are not created to satisfy individual expectations. We communicate them clearly. At the time of joining we explain all terms and conditions and your consent is taken in writing. We also maintain a company handbook that explains all the rules and have an open-door policy which means you’re free to discuss any company rule with the management. It would be unrealistic to expect us to ignore the policies needed for smooth company operations. 3- Salary structure, your unpaid leaves etc. together decide the salary that is paid during a particular month. We even send you a detailed break-up of your salary every month. HR is available and accessible for any questions related to salary. 4- We are upfront and honest. We don’t hold grudges. We discuss problems instantly and at times impulsively. We encourage employees to do so as well, even if this means having disagreements with their superiors. This has helped us create a more open work environment, eventually leading to better relationships and improved trust. But we’re human too and not always perfect. Doesn’t mean we’re not changing, evolving.
