      Autonomy to do the work and to collaborate with others across departments. Leadership work hard to work the vision. A very supportive working environment and a community of passionate folks.

      Cons

      Although a nonprofit organization, in some areas, the organization still operates like a for-profit. There is rebranding opportunity to communicate the nonprofit focus of the org. The opportunity will create new donor partnerships.
