Pros

Product idea is good but you will need time to understand the business of partnerships.

Cons

Lie and Hire - They need support agents but when people get hired they lie and cheat to them by saying they are consultants. Biasness in teams - Services team is made up of group of 5-6 friends having worked together for 8-10+ years. They are specific to one state of India and like to hire people from the same state. Zero diversity. No process defined - They run the services team with no proper structure. Everything is reactive in nature. No documents. Don't set right expectations with the customers. No support - People don't like to share information or help or support you. The expectation is to "go figure" on your own with zero guidance. Bad leadership - There is no feedback given to you directly, it all comes down from your manager when you schedule a 1 on 1 with them, yes you heard it right. No feedbacks, only negatives are shared with you even when you have done good work. Unethical - Zero work life balance - The expectation is to work more than 11-12 hours a day in the name of work from home.

Pros

Interesting problem space but the solution is completely botched up and

Cons

Too many to list them all. But few are: 1. Not a product company! There is no focus on building a product but just to extract maximum money from few large logos. It’s essentially a well paying services company. 2. Highly unethical management with zero transparency about the company health and simply lies all the time to employees as well as customers. 3. Best place for Yes Man and boot lickers.
