Frequent Layoffs - 2 times layoffs in 18 months. Favouritism in Compensation - Secret hikes, promotions and bonuses Manager puppets are valued

Nice Work Culture. One gets a wholesome experience, by executing independently and as well as a team. People are open to questions and suggestions irrespective of seniority. Helps in improving one's presentation and communication skills at different audience levels. Opportunity to work on interesting features.
