Pros
- Great team with different expertise and knowledge. - A place to sharpen your skills. - All people are kind and nice. - Managers are employees as well. They are too humble. - A place where you'll wake up enthusiastic to get in there. - Best CTO in the world.
Cons
For the work environment, nothing! But in general, maybe salaries aren't that high. As well as, work/life balance needs hard practices from the one himself.

- Great team - Learning new software principles, design, and ideas every day - You can look at the whole process of the software from development through code review into continuous integration and development - CTO is too supporter , helpful and has very deep experience so it will be a good monitor for you
Cons
- I think there are no cons if you are a good software engineer with a good mindset
