      Worst HR department. HR people are there for name sake. They don't give a damn whether you leave the organisation or stay..they are a mere puppet of upper level management.. dirty politics at management level.. uncertain job environment.. loosing projects to competitors which forces them to suffle or lay off employees.

      Location is good On time salary Cabs facility is good

      Cons

      Policy can be change anytime 18 months bond if you break then you have to pay 15% of CTC Notice period 90 days Too much work No work life balance Manager is rude and arrogant Manager won't approve your leaves. They forced you to work on weekends Appraisals are on the lower side. HR will park ball in manager court and manager will park in HR court.

      -The most promising part over here is about job security. If you are good in your work ( or average) plus good in attitude too, they would never leave you. - Comfortable environment to work, not any kind of restrictions on breaks, just be punctual with your work also. - Cooperative mangers, staff, HR, admin department. - Cab facility, food facility, location of office(Cyber Hub) is all good. - Tie up with top level clients. - A good platform to learn and develop your skills.

      - less recognition to freshers. - Politics by senior management
