A lot of good training opportunities.

Cons

If you are not part of the sorority you won't go anywhere. Most of the management team only knows this company (i.e. this is the only place they have worked) so they have tunnel vision. Can't trust the management team.

Great Stepping Stone for a Career in Human Resources!

Great training opportunities, very talented & knowledgeable co-workers, client relations were awesome.

Cons

It was challenging to manage work/life balance, the total rewards package is not competitive within the industry. The amount of gossip, drama and scandal that took place here was unsettling; Xenium definitely does not walk their talk.

Pros

It's a great place to get a leg up for another job. There is a lot of training opportunities.

Cons

Upper management prefers to ignore issues internally rather than face them. Xenium will not let anyone go even if they do not do their jobs or make other's job more difficult. Pay is incredibly low. Unless you're in the good 'ol girls club then you will not receive a decide raise.
